Deletion Policy

Users of the Dwarka Sri Ramlila Society app may request deletion of their account and personal account data at any time.

To delete your account, open the app and go to Profile → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm your request before deletion is processed.

After confirmation, we delete or anonymize personal account information where applicable, including profile details and uploaded personal documents such as profile photographs and identity proofs.

Some records may be retained where required for administrative, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes. These may include membership payment records, donation payment records, receipt numbers, transaction references, and other financial audit information. Retained records will not be used to restore your account.

Account deletion is permanent. After deletion, you will no longer be able to access your account, membership details, receipts, or ID card through the app.
